So I’ve been in the navy for over 5 years now and I re-enlisted earlier this year in January. But now at this new command, it’s making me regret it (I’ve been here for about a month and a half). Lately I’ve been mentally drained and I dread going to work at times because of the bs we put up with and rude ass customers we have to deal with. Even when I’m off I barely go out and don’t really want to deal with people. I’ve even had thoughts of suicide but afraid to tell anyone. And I’ve been thinking about reaching out to mental health but I was told that I would have to go to a primary doctor to get a referral. What should I do?

If you've been in for five years you should have some transferable job skills.

Isn't there a process to transfer to another command? If you re-upped then apparently you haven't been unhappy with all your posts.
