The correct answer is, of course, Berlin Germany.

Some details...
Fernsehturm Berlin (tower) is 368 m (1207 ft), the tallest in Germany and 2nd tallest in the EU
The Berlin Zoo has ~20 thousand animals
Berlin is the capital of a united Germany and it was the capital of East Germany
Checkpoint Charlie was a the crossing point between the American and Soviet sectors of Berlin
It has a 2.2 km (1.4 miles) long beer garden
Gold bars up to 250 g can be withdrawn at Gold To Go ATMs

"Topic: Sexuality." LMAO! 🤣 That's what happens when you put the word "condom" in there, LOL! 😂 Auto-flagged as Adult Content!
Anyway, the "world's longest beer garden" clue gave it away, for me. Only three countries in the world likes drunkenness this much, and I don't think it's Russia or Ireland because Ireland doesn't have too many bridges.
So Germany it is! The city has to be Berlin. It's also near Luxemburg, so the gold bars might make sense, because of that. I don't get the Charlie clue, though. I also don't know about the zoo or what tall building that could be, either.

I were thinking Berlin or Prague, but I've really no idea, but they're two that come to mind, along with Paris.
The beer is something I associate with Germany, due to Oktoberfest, but also mentioned something about two capitals, which is why Prague came to mind, so maybe it has some kind of association with Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Prague is my answer.
Before submitting, I looked at other answers and I were thinking Berlin may have been two capitals due to East and West Germany, so I'm probably wrong and will stick with Prague, as I didn't look at other answers when I chose that.

I'd guess Berlin. With it being involved with both East and West Germany in the 20th century. However I don't know about the zoo. The beer makes sense though... LOL... And it seems that there was some sort of "Check Point Charlie" if I recall? Or maybe that relates to the Vietnam war.
