The minds game; Instead of playing the tyrant, pay attention. Tell the truth instead of manipulating the world. Negotiate instead of playing the Martyr. Defeat envy because you no longer know that someone else truly has it better.

Nature did not blend things so inextricably that you cannot draw your own boundaries. Place your own well being in your own hands. It's quite possible to be a good man without anyone realizing it.

If it's in your control, why do you do it? If it's in someone else's, then who are you blaming. Atoms? The gods? Stupid ether way. Blame no one. Set people straight, if you can. If not, just repair the damage. And suppose you can't do that ether. Then where does blaming get you? No pointless action.

To see the cause of things stripped bare. The aim of actions. Pain, pleasure, death, fame. Who is responsible for our own restlessness. That no one obstructs us. That it's all how you perceive it.
