Does anyone actually use the toilet like this?

I saw this sign in a bathroom a while ago and was just wondering if anyone actually squats on the toilet like it’s depicted in the sign.

yeah i do sometimes. I'm a woman i can't stand and pee. My first option is to remove dirt with hand sanitizer and lay 2 layers of toilet paper. But if thats not an option then I'll squat.
