When was the last time you appreciated something?

And I'm not talking about those times where you just went like "thanks I appreciate it" I mean actually appreciate it, you sat there and thought about it and it made you really appreciate something, I feel like many people be ungrateful and it's a big root to the way our world is right now, so the last question I got for today I'm spending it on this, when was the last time you actually appreciated something?

For me it was today for my fam, I think of how many people don't got one

I appreciate a lot of things my wife does. Last year I had a medical procedure. It was not a big deal and was going to be done in the doctors office. My wife insisted that she come and I told her I was a big boy and could go by myself. Well, the procedure took longer than expected and it was pretty uncomfortable. I was hyperventilating the whole time. When it was over I knew that if I got up I would faint so I asked if I could just lay there for a while until I felt better. The nurse did not think I looked good so she took my blood pressure and it was really low. I started to feel worse so I told the nurse to go out to the waiting room and get my wife. I was afraid if I passed out they would sell my liver to some rich guy.
I really appreciated how she looks out for me.

I got two, one thinks she is a duck. She quacks. She was abandoned on a farm and taken in by the ducks. The kittens hate each other but I love 'em both and keep 'em on opposite sides of baby gates.

Jackson Galaxy, four other trainers, had a priest bless them, "calming diffusers" in damn near every outlet in this house, they still fight but i put one more diffuser in here i'ma calm my way into a coma.

I may be the fastest person this side of the mississippi putting up a baby gate though
