If a white person has had a serious crime committed against them, would that be considered a HATE crime? Since so many people hate whites?

White people are hated in the United States, so I've heard. Not everyone hates white people but you know what I'm talking about. Certain groups of people hate them. So if they have the same hate crimes as other races have, shouldn't white people have the same rights when they are killed, beaten up, etc,?

Depends on the DA and type of local politics. One of the problems with the U. S. is how so many people look to government as if it's their daddy and don't take responsibility for themselves. So if you don't arm yourself and provide security for your family then, yes, you will probably become a victim eventually. Regardless of race. Probably 1 of many reason that there's less racism in conservative areas (black people less likely to find racism too). Liberal areas are mismanaged and full of sheep.

but crime Europe on white people doesn’t qualify as hate crime. Mostly because it’s their home country. Same goes with black people on USA , because they are living there centuries
