Why is it when we think of someone we haven't seen in a while, they show up?

Like what is that? Is it some kind of vibration in the wavelengths or something? There are times when someone I used to know or haven't seen in a while will come to mind, and then I'll get a text from them or run into them. One time I woke up thinking about a lady I used to work with years ago, and I wondered how she was doing and where she was. Literally that same day, I saw her at the store and I told her I woke up thinking about her and she was stunned - and she remembered me too.

Same thing happened with a guy I used to know. Woke up thinking about him, ran right into him that same day when I was doing errands. Just blew me away.

Wow, love this, your two examples for me, are time does not exist, you are clearly a connected person... so imagine when you woke you had the thought, so when you were in the realm of dreams, the connection with the spirit realm and physical you had experienced the vibrational frequency from that encounter rippling through the universe, then it turned to pass... a common one is a mobile phone call, you have thought of someone and then literally the phone will ring soon after, or they contact you... of course we are all vibration, all connected, all from one,,, by accepting this, this is where one becomes conscious of being very careful about what you think of.. and whom... i have i believe by thinking too much in fear i might add about an ex he frickin showed up... now i practise releasing thoughts about people i dont want to connect to! lol you know the film, i see dead people... well i had one encounter of a connection in dream time with a person i knew then a few days later they died, it happened again and they died, i knew these people were poorly but they were not specifically close to death at this point. then one night i had a dream about the wood cutter who was supplying the campsite where i had my cafe business, id only known him since the March and this was August. He was insistent he owed me 50p and had to clear his debt, i was like, no way doesn't matter its 50p but he was driven, we were on the sofas around the fire but at the top of the estate where i was currently living about 3 miles from the campsite. in the morning i thought it was very strange but nothing more of it, two days later, a mum who knew him came round and said OMG did you hear about him, he had a brain embolism and was rushed to a and e and nearly died his family were called to say goodbye... it was the night i met him on the realm between the worlds... now when its number 3 within a few years i asked the universe if we could please not do this, i wasn't ready!!! i would like to add this also works if you want to converse with your ancestors across space and time because you are the physical dna structured being made up of everyone of the people who survived and made you and the universe is where the energy of the soul lives,,, just be aware it takes a few days in my experience just think of just how far the connection might have to travel across dimensions to get to you, but if you ask for help they will be there, i promise you that... xxx

I totally believe in this. It happens to me quite often but less in dreams and more just in my conscious mind. And typically this person contacts me or I have some connection with them within 20 minutes. This happens to my mom a lot too.

My Newly Hitched wife and I were traveling to work early one morning on an old dusty Georgia back road when she spoke up and said "Papa just Died". When we arrived at work, there was a phone call waiting for her. Her grandfather had just passed. I started calling her swaummy mommi. We have been married for 52 years and she has been right more times than not. We also noticed that disturbing things happen in groups of three. There is more to this world than we understand.

I agree with this, this only happened to me a few times. My old story is I remember a boy I used to have class with in elementary, we would get along a couple of times and talk to each other. And one day I was at a mall getting new shoes and there he was! I don’t remember me thinking about him maybe? But it was crazy because I saw him, and I met his parents and we talked haha. Till this day I wonder where he is, I hope we run into each other again so we could catch up on our older selves! Lol

Well... I wish it was true. It's actually not 100% true for me. There is a certain girl I'd like to see again. Nothing lustful, not even anything romantic... It's just that I want to know She's still out there. She'd once become like a sister that I never had to me, but then we've kind of grew apart and I'm not sure whether She's at least as successful in dealing with the everyday nightmare as me, or if She's... given up...
