Exertional syndrome and soldier syndrome/soldier’s heart are two very different conditions.
Is it your heart or your muscles/bones somewhere else on your body that is experiencing issues?
That's what I read in an article. Multiple actually. Bones, heart, nerves, psychological problems
I would start with a trip to your doctor. Especially for the issues related to your heart.
