Does it mean anything if a girl holds your eye contact in conversation

So I was talking to this girl for about 5 minutes and we made lots of eye contact during the conversation and I just thought it was so cool that she was actually holding my eye contact instead of just looking in a different direction and not seeming interested in the conversation.

Well it seems to me like she might be interested in you, you know? You know, if I was into a guy I'd make lots of eye contacts with a guy in a close range conversation(it's sth I can't help) even if I'm shy around him. I'd want to know his reactions nd expressions to what I have to say, gauge his emotions nd of course if I feel the butterflies around him, then I wudn't b able to help but look at him(even if my face burns) because I like him so much. But normally, when I'm talking to sb I'm not romantically interested in, I'd make eye contact but not much. Did she give slight smiles or have an agreeable expression most of the times as you guys talked? Did she try to prolong the conversation wid you by volunteering info. If yes, then coupled wid the eye contact it cud mean she likes you nd is attracted to u.

I do make eye contact because I'm confident but I also do it to see how the odr person is viewing me nd what he is thinking of me. If you think she likes u(chances are that your instincts cud b r8), then I'd say she also wants to know what you think of her by looking at you nd studying your reactions? I'd say talk wid her more. Interact more. Then u'll know for sure if there is more to it.

It means she wanted to converse wid you nd was interested in you nd what you had 2 say. She cud find you to be an interesting person. And/or sb charming, good-looking etc. That's why she was looking back again nd again. That's what girls of that age group do(hey I'm from that age group). It is a definite sign of attraction or even that sb finds the odr person fascinating.

Yes, especially with girls your age! If we aren't interested in the guy or what he is saying then our attention is distracted - looking around at people in the restaurant, down at food, TV, anything. Eye contact is significant!

Just means confidence. I maintain eye contact with people I talk to and that's because I'm confident.

If she usually looks in anodr direction like all the time during conversations but actually looks @ you during conversation, then yes, chances are that she finds you very interesting, fascinating, engrossing, attention-grabbing etc. You cn be sb who kind of distracts her thoughts away from odr things so that she focuses only on u.

She is interested in you nd what you hav 2 say dude. She wants this conversation 2 happen, she wants 2 talk 2 u. Now go up there nd talk to her more nd have more of these eye contact sessions. They work wonders in strengthening interest, attraction nd any already-existent romantic feelings. Smile a bit too.
