What does it mean when a guy say 'you will always be mine'?

My boyfriend text me that after I stop answering the phone to him,he said something that made me upset. I didn't break up with him just didn't respond to him. So he text me and said "ok your ignoring my call I don't know why hope your OK baby you will always be mine. Is he trying to say he won't let me go.

You are right. He won't let go. In order to protect yourself you need to confront him with several witnesses and tell him it is over.

By avoiding him you are letting him think you are still a couple. Tell him in no uncertain words it is over and leave you alone.

A video tape of the conversation with witnesses will help you get a restraining order. He is the kind of guy who will stalk you and make your life miserable and beat up anybody who gets in his way. He is dangerous. If not handled properly you will have a miserable live for years.

Get law enforcement involved right away.

I think it could mean a couple of things:

a) He still likes you and wants to let you know that.

b) He's trying to make you feel bad for ignoring his calls.
