Are touches ever accidental?

Say you are in perfect control and not falling over or forced to touch another person due to a situation/circumstances, are they ever accidental?

I know in my case, I will only touch people close to me or if I'm attracted to them, but mostly the latter. What do you think?

First contact is USUALLY accidental. Talking and your hands brush, for example.

The second touch is usually on purpose. Brushing hands again to see if the little thrill you got the first time is still there.

The third, etc. touches are a matter of personal/instant gratification as your response intensifies...

I have accidentally touched people before. Sometimes I talk with my hands and accidentally touch them or other times I am turning around and I don't know they are so close. I accidentally touched my co workers butt a couple weeks ago. She knew it was an accident and laughed. She wasn't embarrassed but I was. lol

Lol when people thought I was gay (I was in the devil palgue gaining hidden information) this dude at work walked behind me and I guess I knocked my hand back it was perfect because he probly thought I was attracted to him lolol and my hand touched his hand lol and like I was so gay but now I am not.

Yes, touches can be accidental. I once smacked a hotty in the boob when her boyfriend was standing right next to me. I turned 5 shades of red and they both laughed at me.

Other than that, I know where my hands are going. If they end up on some girls ass then that's where I wanted them. Not much to say there. If anyone says they "accidentally" touched you and it's not a crowded space or awkward position then they're straight up lying. Put your foot down.

it can be accidental, but I'd try my best to avoid touching someone I have absolute no interest in so that I won't confuse them :)
