Both are too "Hollywood" for me.
I'd go with Gomez because apparently (courtesy of Wikipedia) Debby Ryan is responsible for that annoying song "We got the Beat" that somehow manifested itself in my ear canal.
I have no idea who are they .. but selena looks a loooot hotter than the other chick who looks pretty scary to me.

they're kind of cute but they look like they're 14 so neither one is "hot". otherwise I'd say flip a coin, they're equal in looks.
