Apologizing a day later for not texting back......does this mean he likes me

The guy I like is someone I shouldn't because he has sex with a lot of people and I'm still a virgin. The other day I posted a Facebook status that said I was with two guys. He texted me a little while after posting it to see what I was doing for Thanksgiving at 2 am. Then I responded the next day and he didn't respond. Then on black Friday he apologized for not responding to my text and said that it was a long day. Does this mean he likes me?

i think if he apologizes it means he cares because he doesn't want to hurt your feelings or make you upset about him. apologizing is good. doesn't mean he wants a relationship with you or anything but it is possible he likes you.

All he did was apologize for not texting you back... don't look that deep into it to assume he now likes you.
