The most obvious reason is that he's singing in a language that uses them ("bushmen" has become socially unacceptable in the past few years, which is damned unfortunate, because "San" is an outright racial slur). Otherwise, he could just think it sounds neat or distinctive, and catches the ear in a way you'll definitely notice. Or he didn't mean to and just did it accidentally, then liked the result.
An egotistical idiot who's probably in his 40's or 50's and still thinks he has a chance w/young girls like u. He'd probably pay u for a one night fuck too.
He's either a complete dork or someone who actually gets girls left and right, like a bartender or something, or maybe a waiter who has female customers hitting on him all day long.
