I know the general stereotype is that guys in college just want to hook up with a bunch of girls but there are plenty of guys that want relationships. I would look for them more at your school's clubs and stuff as opposed to fraternities and parties though. And I've never heard of a guy turning down a girl for a relationship just because she was inexperienced, so don't worry about that. The guys who don't like virgins are usually guys that just have sex with girls and don't like them getting attached. If you're in a co-ed dorm, you'll probably meet a guy there you like. That's how it went for a lot of people when I was a freshman.
okay I was the same way so I can prob help with this. you have two options . find a boyfriend you can practic ewith (but don't settle. attractive but inexperienced girls are rare. you're a dime in a dozen)
or you can go to parties and hook up with a ton of guys.
personally I would love a girl like you , except I did find someone like that. anyway most guys are into your type. oh don't just hook up with anyone for the sake of it. your first should be someone great. either physically or just someone you love. message me if you need anything.

I say go fast cause that's more fun. But I'm sure there'll be some guys who will want a long term relationship their first year, especially if your college is not a party school. Personally I think that's a terrible idea.
That's fine. College is just a bit more pressure since you're readying yourself for the future.

I bet you will get laid and your first relationship before 25 plus since you are a girl you can be passive and do nothing and get a guy
