Why did my guy friend randomly block me?

I've been knowing this guy since mid June and things were going well and we talk about random things or send each-other animal insta posts. I did like him and we both were attracted to each-other but he wasn’t ready for a relationship. As expected its college so we stayed as friends but we did exchange sexual photos to each other and we thought about getting experimental physically. We finally got a chance to hangout 2 weeks ago and we goofed around and he made sure I was comfortable were both kinda inexperienced. He guided me through grinding on him because I struggled and then we kissed but I haven’t got the hang of it yet but I did enjoy everything. I don’t know why he blocked me if we’re just friends but maybe I took it too far? Simple. You can be nice to the man, be nice, cordial, but if he tries to coerse you into sex... Say no. Tell him you're not ready. Be open. If he leaves you, you dodged a bullet. Yeah it sucks. I keep falling for it every-time.
