Why do guys like me all of a sudden?

All throughout high school and my first year of college I was ignored by guys. Over the summer, guys all of a sudden starting paying attention to me and liking me. Now it seems like a lot of the times that I go out, I get hit on or asked out. It's a very strange thing for me and although the attention is nice most of the time, its confusing to me why it happened so randomly. I'm 19 by the way and have never had a boyfriend (sad, I know).

a few reasons possible:

something changed physically about u: your body, weight, your face, your style

your sending more signals consciously/subconsciously to males because of a conscious/sub conscious desire for a mate.

you have changed your demeanor and you have become more approachable.

you around more men than before and around men that have greater courage to approach you than hs boys

I am the same way. For me, I was quieter in high school (but not shy), and I was pretty; but not a super popular flirting person. Some guys in high school are attracted to that kind of girl. I have met countless of other women older than me who have encountered the exact same thing. I guess maybe we can't really explain it, but that doesn't matter! The point is, guys like you now.

It just happens like that sometimes...I was ignored by guys and even told I was ugly by other girls until I was like 15 and suddenly guys were talking to me all the time. I agree with the guys that maybe it's because you're older and with that comes physical changes and maybe you're around more people.

Are you sure that guys just started paying attention to you? Because most the time when girls say that guys don't like them or don't pay them any attention, they mean the guys they like , not guys in general. If this is so just enjoy that the guys you find attractive are talking to you now.
