I can just wonder the advice you get when you post something about being single or a past relationship and you know that line: "You'll find the 'one' at the most unsuspected time," or, "you need to love yourself first." Yeah those can sometimes be true but damn, you do need to do some work towards trying to get out of single life.
I'm pretty sure that if your 100% out looking for a relationship you'd be trying and not just sitting around, and hoping that the pizza guy or girl, or the milkman or delivery person, that comes to your door is the "one." You know if you're ready, because you'd be truly feeling yourself working for this to happen. You need to be happy yourself for this to work! So keep doing what you do and ignore those "think they know it all" people :)
Social Media doesn't always reveal the truth!
If your one of those single people that get sad over those relationships you see over social media.. STOP feeling bad for yourself. Those photos uploaded always tend to show their happy side; relationships are work, it's not always unicorns and rainbows. Please tell me how many relationships you've seen on social media with them crying or fighting?! NONE, RIGHT?! :)
You're Not Alone
Weird, we're stating that someone single isn't alone 0_0 but aye it's the truth, you're not the only single person out there in this world. You've got as much chance as every other single person! I'm not stating that starting a "Single Club" is ideal - haha - like a single community :") I'm just saying that as alone as you feel, you're not. You should just accept that there is nothing wrong with you because at one point, every single person in this world was single.
There's no guideline to how you should live
This is your life, you shouldn't have to follow what your friends say or even family. Yes, they can have some input but at the end of the day, your decisions decide your future.
Cherish what you have
You mean so much more than the status of your love life. You have your life set in front of you; it may not have your other half in it yet, but your interests and your jobs/ the family you have is what you need to cherish, and these things define you and make you happy.

So what I'm really trying to say is, DAYUUUUMM you are an amazing human being! Yeah you might not be involved with someone romantically, BUT your still awesome! You're capable of living your life, enjoying as much happiness as you can but really you're just like everyone else: you're not weird or unusual, although you're very unique, and that is something you should be proud of!
That self doubt or insecurity that you have is 100% normal and everyone has that some time in their lives. You need to be happy and if that involves finding your other half, then so be it! Just don't do something that won't make you happy; this involves being with someone just for the relationship status. Being happy with yourself is your #1 goal!
