This is funny. In the past when you see images for a interracial couple its either black men with white women or Asian women white men. Now the new image is black women with white men as the go to interracial image. You never see American media or society or anyone in the world promoting interracial relationships unless its black/white or non white women/ white men
Those interracial romance movies always suck really bad. Romances usually suck, but man those are awful. Maybe that's why people have a problem dating outside their race, because it's always terrible in the movies.

I'm sorry that you had to go through that, obviously, it's your choice, and clearly that person did not deserve you.
But I'm sure you will meet someday somebody who will treat you amazingly right, I've also been through a dramatic heartbreak and it took me years to recover and to gain trust again.
But all I can say is that everything is possible... just don't loose trust completely, because there are women out there who would give everything to love the hell out of you, don't let them wait :P

You are right. Dating someone whose ethnicity is different is not bad. For instance, my cousin married an Anglo Saxon American woman in US and they are very happy now.
Culture and race aren't necessarily the same thing. If you go to a HS you may find that the black and white jocks have more in common with each other than they do with, say, black and white gamers, or skateboarders.
for me its whatever the race they are, i just dont und the obsession to date someone who is not the same race as you.

This take is a bit racist and sounds like your advertising interracial relationships as a lifestyle choice or fashionably trend. Kind of like those white women who date black guys so they can show off to their friends as if they were showing off a new handbag. Most folks wouldn't make an issue out of dating a different race instead focusing on the person not the color of their skin.
