Why do white girls and black guys like so much to hang out with each other? Is there like a natural attraction between white girls and black guys?

I know people hang out with each other despite of race but I can't help but notice that white girls and black guys are usually drawn to each other and many time they actually like to spend time with each other rather than members of their race.
Is it like a natural attraction between white girls and black guys, as in.. they are made for each other? Or is the chemistry between them just too strong?
I'm not saying this in a racist way I just notice that white girls are more drawn to black guys than they are to white guys and black guys are more drawn to white girls than they are to black girls so I assume there must be a reason.

Well from what I've seen, black men (ie Kevin Hart) are pretty over-dramatic, for lack of a better word. This is similar to how white women (ie most of the white female population) usually act. Both tend to be over-dramatic and can therefore find someone to relate their problems to that will agree with them. It could also just be a coincidence.

Well I think it is because black men and white women are the most scrutinized people in the U. S. What I'm trying to say is black men are the most scrutinized men in the U. S. while white women are the most scrutinized women in the U. S. So there's like an more natural connection with white women/black men as oppose to white men/black women.
