A guy I'm in not official, but sexual and emotional relationship with (so, not dating) never compliments me. He says he never tells any compliments to anyone (and I can't check it, never heard him saying anything to anyone until now). He also doesn't want me to compliment him, as his parents didn't do it to him, so he's not used to it.
The only thing he can say: "you're way better than you think" and "you shouldn't worry"
Nothing about my looks, personality or even how sex was (just "i like everything", or "i have no complaints")
Does he even like me? Seems like not.

He explained to you why he doesn't compliment you. Also, he likes you enough to have a sexual relationship with. If you want more then someone to have sex with and want to be complimented then get a boyfriend, they do both.
