I need to know what this means, a girl posted this a Facebook post comment to my man after she wished me happy birthday.
I don’t know if it means anything of concern, I haven’t heard this saying, don’t know what it implies... this girl is someone who is too friendly with my boyfriend in general.

It's like saying "Do you want any cheese with that whine?" Cheese and wine go together, but the person is whining/complaining, so someone uses that phrase.

In your case, cheese and crackers go together, someone did something incredibly cheesy, and this girl is mocking them for it.
