I understand why you feel upset. I could go the “he’s just a guy” route with this, and tell you that it’s just a natural thing, but that isn’t always what sits right with us girls. You have to pick your battles, and decide what’s going to be ok for you in your relationship. Does him liking a girls photo mean he’s interested in her or wanting to cheat? No. But is it going to depress and hurt you when he does it? Obviously, yes. So then you come to a crossroads: do you just accept his behavior and drop the situation, or do you acknowledge your own discomfort and decide if he’s the person for you? Protecting your happy space and mental health Always comes first. If what he’s doing (and seems to have no intention of stopping) is taking a huge emotional toll on you, then by all means girl drop him. Life is tooooo short to be feeling uncertain in a relationship, and there’s too many men out there who would know better than to be hearting such flirtatious photos while they’re in a relationship, and their girl can see.
If you don’t like it, tell him what your boundaries are and make it clear for him. If he won’t respect that and can’t keep himself from letting the girls know they have his attention, please do leave him and find better. Not worth it.

Leave him. He's lying. He's actually flirting and enjoying it. It's my personal experience from the serious relationship like yours. Girl please don't delay and leave him. His comment sounded perverted. Save your life and time.
Not a problem if those girls are his best friends or the caption has a meaningful message, other than that it's a bit weird if anything.
