Is marriage really necessary?

I don't think I'll end up getting married. I would love to have freedom to leave a relationship that doesn't feel like it's going anywhere without getting the government involved, and without having to search for a divorce attorney and spend thousands of dollars just because I've made a decision to leave a relationship.

I grew up in an extremely conservative family, so that is frowned upon by my culture as well. And also, my family is a great family, I love them a lot and I'm not trying to rebel or do something just because I hated how I grew up. That's not the case. I just feel like it'd be better to date people and if they wanna be with me forever, then that's that and we shouldn't spend $20,000 on a wedding that probably is VERY stressful to plan and to deal with anyway. Why would I do all that, I just want the person by my side and that's it.

Also, I don't want a ring of $50k because it literally pains me to waste that amount of money in a single ring. Like what the hell, I can buy so much more with that amount of money. It's so fucking unreasonable.

But i'm also willing to hear you out if you think marriage is necessary. What are your opinions?

Sex is a marriage, and marriage is all about having sex. What you're talking about is extremely unrealistic, and that's something that you have to be delivered from. Your family being conservative have nothing to do with that. There's a reason why God had said you get married first, and then you have sex. Because once you have sex, you're creating a covenant with that person through the blood. That's why I entered into the woman's vagina blood is shed. Because it's called a blood Covenant. When you do that outside of marriage, you're not only just sinning sexually before God, you're not only cursing your marriage, you're going to cause problems sexually for yourself and the other person in the future. And it won't just affect you, it won't just affect your apartment, it's not even just going to affect your parents and your family, is going to affect your children if you even have children.

So yes, marriage is very much necessary if you want to have sex and to experience that's the way you need to. This has nothing to do with what you personally believe, what you think it should be, this is just the way how God had set it up for all human beings to follow. Those who have no desire to follow the things of God, follow the things of God. But that does not mean that we are all not subjected to God's rules. And it's for a good reason because it not only protects us, it protect the innocent.

Now regarding the fact that you just want someone by your side. That is what marriage is for. As long as you know you are going to be loyal to that person, you can only be responsible and accountable for the things that you yourself personally choose to do. You cannot be responsible and accountable for what other people choose to do. Unless what you do greatly affects son. Now that is a very different story. What you're dealing with is fear of marriage, and what's your fearing is understandable. please understand what you're feeling is understandable. But it's not a logical and rational reason for you to be unmarried and do things unmarried. You lawfully married to avoid problems. Has nothing to do with the government. It has to do with what is pleasing to the Lord. And one thing that God said is that we are to follow the laws of the land that we live in. As long as it does not infringe on the things of God, he will cover and protect you. And he will definitely bless your marriage if you do it the right way according to his will. He will not give you something that you person cannot handle. So you have to think about first what is your reasons to be involved with another human being? Because if you don't think about that, then you're not only doing it selfishly, you going to do this where is going to hurt someone else you don't deserve that.

Now what you're talking about with rings, wedding and money. You do not have to be spending so much money unreasonably. You do so if you want to, but it's not necessary. Yes it's a once-in-a-lifetime thing, and if you want something better you can always do it again and renew your vows. But you do not have to spend all that money. And it really all depends on what you choose to do besides how many guess you're going to have, and how much you will have to pay out for venues and stuff. But that is about it. That's why you got to take this stuff seriously and you have to think about this when you are young. I say that's where the family spell like because they prevent you from marrying, but then when you get pregnant on the with a problem then they want to shame you for what you chose to do.

If you think I need to go to a mental Asylum, then I really do believe that you need to rethink about what it is that you really want. I already explained to you what it is. You say that, but yet wine world do you have this issue concerning about marriage? If you think that sucks is all just about pleasure and being fulfilling then that's where you were accepted what you wanted. Nobody has ever said that stuff isn't healthy. But that is for only when you are married. So in other words you already said that you created so many marriages with people you're not married to you legally spiritually and you think there's nothing wrong with it. Yet you're talking about how you are scared of divorce and all these problems. Do you not know that you already said it yourself up for failure and so much problems and heartache? Do you not understand that's exactly what you did so you only solidify in your own fears besides used to live find the fact that you don't want to be tied down to just one person. That is selfishness. And that kind of selfishness is wrong you end up hurting another person. First of all no, what scientifically proven is that those who have more than one sex partner outside of marriage have an increased risk of divorce. They are less likely to be more fulfilled in a marriage, and tend to have problems with intimacy when they are married. You say you may not regret that but I think you're actually forcing it so you can make people believe you I think deep down you really do regret it and I don't think it has anything to do with your upbringing or your background.

Because if you was so fulfilled, but then why do you not have one partner? Where is that person. And how come you don't have that person with you forever? I'm not whining. Sex doesn’t necessarily have to be reserved for marriage. Marriage is really a legal aspect, not something transcendent or spiritual like you want it to be. That's called a union. You can be with someone, love them, be with them and grow with them WITHOUT getting a piece of paper that says you got married. You're making a huge deal out of marriage as if it were this incredible thing. It isn't. You can still love somebody and be with them long-term without being married to them.

I know plenty of people that had sex before marriage and are okay with their sexual sin. And one thing that I have learned a lot from them, is that if a person is trying to solidify what they doing is right, they're probably not okay with what they're doing. And most of them that did this are not so-called religious or Christian.

My loving family, my amazing friends, the money I'm making, my career, etc. I'm in great health as well. Everything is going well, and I know how to choose the right partners for me. But like I wrote, cultures and traditions, ... most are probably more than 2,000 years old.

Much like "head hunting" (here) was a "warrior's pride" now made illegal, or child marriage (here also) now being debated in the Parliament, marriage will probably be a thing of the past soon.

Reason: marriage was created in the patriarchal eras, where women are "married" and became "properties" of the man. It sounds better than slavery, but just for illustration sake, why a man can marry many women but a woman only to one man?
