In my opinion, a guy should be humble and not just bragging about him being a high value asset. This clearly doesn't make him one. High value is communicated through one's actions and not just any norms or certain attributes one think they have.

Kind, considerate, smart, ambitious, maybe not necessarily good looking in the conventional sense but aware appearances matter, at least sometimes romantic
