Here's a game I like to play on some dates.
Go to one of those sites with 100 questions or so for questions to ask. Then print them or write them down. Put them in a bowl or hat.
Then each of you draw one and answer the questions. A good one can get a conversation going and spark other questions to ask without drawing one.
That might help relax both of you and open things up for some general conversations without going real deep.
Or, you can get the card game "questions about humanity" if you just want some laughs and little conversation.

Play 2 person board games. Those are both fun and generate fun things to talk about. Also, sometimes I literally take notes on things in my phone I want to remind myself of later, including things I want to show my girlfriend. She laughs at me for it but I've found it to be immensely helpful. I've never heard of someone breaking up with someone else because they keep notes, he will probably find it endearing. I used to be super awkward so I literally spent hours researching different things that help a person not be awkward. I also watched outgoing people from the side and just copied some of the things they did that I liked. But the notes thing and the boardgame thing are both big recommendations from my part.

Hi, I don't know what MBTI, INTP, or INFP are but if you write down all things that fill your mind with things to say, then you have something in your hand to help you remember them. Just try asking how his day was and hugging can't hurt, that should help.
You sound perfect for each other. Who cares if you're awkward?
Just relax and remember you don't have to be "perfect". Be yourself.
It sounds like he is more of a girls than a potential boyfriend.
