Do you believe there's true love if someone cheats on their partner?

Long story short met a guy online and really liked him and he liked me back, not even just a sex thing but personality wise. He sends his number and randomly comes up on ig suggestions I clicked and saw that he has a girlfriend he has been with since 2015. Moved to a new city with her, I confronted him about it and doesn't seem to be taking it serious and keeps persuading me for the last 3 months. I don't want him and from my part I cut all communication when I found out.

My question is do you think what type of love is that that someone has when they have the coldness of cheating on someone they sleep with every single night, someone they have been with for years and years, someone that knows your friends and family?

There are two reasons why a man would act like that:

1) He is tired of the relationship and wants to stop but he's not strong enough to tell her. A dangerous situation in my opinion, because you would be relegated to a 2nd level.2) He is tired of the relationship but doesn't want to end it. He still loves her a lot but needs a break. In this case you are be his toy. In both situations stay away. Now, if he has told you that he really wants to quit his other relationship that would be different, however take in account that many people (men and women) afraid of staying single and they always need somebody next to them. In most cases they don't have real feelings, they just cover a need.

I wanna say you probably can love & cheat on someone but I've never experienced it so I don't really know. Obviously, it's a bad thing to do, but love doesn't make the lust go away or anything. It's love, I got cheated on and she kept on doing it while also in relationship with me so needless to say we never had sex but we were in a relationship together but after 7 years of me encouraging her to do it with other guys she left me and "wanted a more dominant man" but it's not really cheating if she wants to be satisfied.
