How to forget about someone / move on?

So I used to be friends with a girl from work until I told her I liked her while she was already in a relationship... Yes stupid me... Since then we haven't talked much as her EX never let her (he was very abusive) even though we both said we'd forget about it and move on.. Well she broke up with her boyfriend last week and since then I can't stop thinking about her...

I know I need to move on but how can I when we both work together, See each other 4/5 days a week... I've tried messaging her but I think she might have blocked my phone number so not sure if she has actually saw it or not...

Bruh, listen to me. These women aren't as important as you think they are.

Make God a priority as He should be number 1 and focus on the greatness of God and people including women and everything around won't matter much.

This young man is worrying about a woman that isn't worried about him. He should focus on putting God first and letting God bring him his wife but he's not into religion or God. So let him be.
