How do I stop asking my boyfriend questions constantly?

So I have a huge problem I'm well aware of it I don't talk to no one cuz they would just make fun no advice but I constantly question my boyfriend over every single thing and make him swear on certain things afterwards I love him to death but I get so mad when he wants to hangout with his friends I keep questioning every single little thing he does it's scary I suffer from severe retroactive jealousy ocd and that makes this shit worse I'm literally suicidal it started cuz of my last relationship after I got screwed over big time I tried finishing this relationship just to get rid of the pain I'm in buy I love him too much to let him go and he doesn't wanna lose me either he's the nicest guy I kno there's nothing and yet I question him for everything I'm very suck mentally I just need help please or someone's advice I'm trying to look into therapy I'm just having a hard time financially

The key is to learn effective communication skills. Curiosity, where you're seeking legitimate clarification is rarely seen as negative by people, whereas interrogation is seen as negative. Learn the difference. Rather than accusing, blaming, criticizing, demanding or telling others what they should or shouldn't do, reach out to understand their perspective. You don't want to send others pressure of any kind.

Picture this. You go to the beach and grab a handful of sand. The sand starts slipping out between your fingers, so you squeeze tighter. This only ends up with the sand coming out faster. If you value a relationship, never smother it. Show you want to understand, and then respect what the other says. Never expect others to be obligated to mold themselves into what you want. Accept and respect people as they are, not for the potential you believe they should have. You'll never get consideration and respect unless you give consideration and respect.

I’m a firm believer of not bleeding on people who don’t cut you. Don’t let the poor treatment from others dictate your behaviour towards people who haven’t done anything wrong. It’s a choice to believe someone and even if you don’t trust them 100% you’re in control of your actions to not let it affect your relationship while you work on yourself

Maybe try some of the free internet resources. I am sorry you feel this way I have felt similar minus the suicidal . Your boyfriend deserves more credit, if he cheats he will cheat, but a good man won’t, If he doesn't he’s yours, If he does find a better man I wouldn't worry unless you have reasonable proof (I found peace this way Because I used to be like you at one point)
