My girlfriends sister (Abby) is creating problems in mine and my girlfriends (Amy) relationship. How can I get Abby to mind her own business?

Abby and I work in the same building we see each other often. I pretty much talk to everyone that I see daily ( Men and women) which is roughly 50 people I’m pretty well known in the warehouse. These last couple of months I’ve been training a new lead named Carrie we have a good work friendship we hang out during breaks (sometimes with other coworkers as well) because we get along really well and have a ton in common ( Carrie and I have never flirted or anything like that’s it’s always been friends and she’s engaged). Abby tends to send pictures of Carrie and I eating lunch together or telling Amy that I bought Carrie lunch that day (I’ve done this a few times because sometimes she brings me coffee in morning so I pay her back by buying her lunch) or how I gave Carrie my jacket (I know how this sounds but it gets freezing in the warehouse if it’s 30 outside it’s so much colder in the warehouse so I’ve given her my jacket to borrow because she’s cold. I’ve given my Jacket to other people as well because they’re cold) This has created unnecessary amount of issues with my girlfriend and I. I’ve never have cheated or thought about cheating on my girlfriend it’s ridiculous that her sister is creating problems.
