How to forget a crush you had for years?

I've had a crush on this guys for years and though we've been flirting he never made a move and I just found out he been texting other 2 girls. I thought he was a nice guy. He was smart, fun, protective of his family, adorably awkward and a bit of impulsive. We enjoy teasing eachother and he did many things that made me think he might've been serious about me. When other people said we should date he never denied. I never expected for him to be acting like such a player (which I made sure to tell him off about half-jokingly). I was already frustrated about the lack of communication and straightforwardness when it comes to me (like, he roasts me 1000x more than he compliments me) and he would often talk about other girls in front of me. But that was the last drop for me, I'm feeling so stupid for believing I was someone special and mot some option. How can I get over him as quick as possible? We're classmates so I can only avoid him to a certain extent.
