Ladies would you take a female friend back as a friend that’s jealous and tries ruining your relationships and friendships?

Hi for women only, I need some advice here I have a friend of mine that I been friends with since 6th grade we knew each other since middle school and became close in 7th grade, we’re both now adults and I never knew she was jealous of me until we got to high school she would try ruining my friendships with people that I was close to, she once went in my phone while I was sleep and texted my friends pretending to be me (they knew It was her though) and recently she’s been really jealous of my healthy relationship I have with my fiance she would make up lies against him and say he’s cheating on me and try manipulating me into leaving him which will NEVER happen, she also rolls her eyes everytime he shows me attention and not her and I noticed when I was in a toxic relationship she would be happy that the person is playing with my feelings and cheating on me but now that I’m in a happy relationship she is trying to manipulate me into leaving him, she would say things like “ I don’t trust him “ “ he doesn’t love you “ all types of stuff and last year she tried to get with him behind my back thinking he wasn’t going to tell me she didn’t realize he lived with me.

Honestly I would cut ties. I know it’s easier said than done, like I’m sure she has her redeeming qualities, and ending that friendship seems hard because it’s been such a long time with her. You’re probably like me, I’ve been friends with a girl for about 15 years now, and I refer to her as my sister because we have always been that close. I rationalized her faults by telling myself that a lot of people still associate with their siblings because they’re related, so if I hold her in that regard then what makes it so different? But there’s limits to poor behavior, and just as my friend has reached hers, I think yours has as well. I’ve always said jealousy is a disease, but when she’s doing things like wanting your boyfriend for herself (my friend does that too, like trying to flirt when I’m not around and dressing up when she knows he’ll be with me), then that’s just not a good friend.
