Accidently upset the girl I'm talk to. How should I fix this?

The woman I'm talking to tells me she loves me, but she hasn't talked to me on the phone for over a week now.

I asked her if she wanted to do something today and she said maybe. Around 8:30 I told her that I'm finishing up some laundry and asked if she wants to watch a movie when it's done. She said maybe and to message her when I'm ready and she would let me know.

I told her I was ready and she said she didn't want to watch the movie, but I could. While being disappointed between not talking on the phone for a week and not doing a movie, I just replied with "K". I normally reply in full sentences.

She said it made her sad because it felt dry and cold. She said she was just going to go to bed and good night. She also said she loves me.

I feel like I royally screwed up. I apologized and told her I didn't mean for it to sound that way and asked her to please not be sad. She then apologized to be and I told her she doesn't need to apologize. She then said good night again with a heart.

What the hell do I do here? It feels kind of dramatic, but at the same time I feel really bad.
