Basically what the question says. I have a girl best friend who I have been friends with for about 2 years, and best friends with for about a year. I'm tempted to ask her if she would want to go out with me for a week.
I should also mention both of us have never been in a relationship before.
I really just want to try it out as an experiment, but I haven't thought it through at all. The only thing that I know is that it will be the most casual and temporary relationship ever, only existing for the sake of fulfilling both of our curiosities regarding what it is like to be in a relationship.
Another one of my friends once suggested the idea of a casual relationship to her (Like just telling her about casual relationships), and she seemed like she was interested.
She is the type of girl who is scared of getting close to people, and there was also a time when she actively pushed everyone away because she thought that they were getting too emotionally close to her, which is why I thought it would be a good idea cuz you know, one week, and after that we forget that it ever happened and go back to being friends.
Our current relationship is a weird one as a few people thought that we were dating when in fact we were just close friends. The only reason why i hadn't done it before is that she once got annoyed by one of our friends calling us a couple, and said that she only saw me as a friend. Now, normally that would be the end of it, but a couple of friends who are equally as insane as me told me that i can still try.
Another reason is that i will 100% remain in contact with her for at least 20 years, as she is a friend that i greatly value, so if this doesn't work out like the way i want it to work out well then that will make things very difficult for future me.
If this idea sounds completely insane then don't hold back in telling me that it sounds completely insane because I'm writing this in the middle of the night and my brain stopped working 6 hours agoš¤£
