Was I insecure and made myself crazy over my ex girlfriend?

I was in a four month relationship, the relationship was Chaotic to put it in Simplest Terms. This past weekend my girlfriend kinda disappeared, she usually post on ig all day talks to me during the day. On Saturday she texted me good night at 2am which is common because that’s the time she goes asleep. My friend called me in the morning to check my ig and it was a video of her ex boyfriend watching tv. I watched it and in the background I heard a voice, this voice sounds like my girlfriend. I took the first video not serious because one I didn’t see her face. I remembered that she texted me around 9:39pm that night saying goodnight, this was weird because she never did this before. Money afternoon my friend calls again and shows me two more vids. In the video you can hear a voice that sounds just like girlfriend again, this time I saw her left arm. She has a tattoo on it and I saw her nails long with a white pink color. She talked at the end of the video and her voice was exactly my girlfriend. I asked my girlfriend and she Denied everything and called me weird/insecured. She blocked me on ig and my number. Was I crazy and insecured about the vids and I heard what I wanted or was I right to Confront her about it? For backstory I have caught her lying to me 3times before.
