What do you think of someone who cares too much?

They dont want to mess things up because they care.

They want to make friends and get along with people because they care.

What advice would you give to someone like this?

They are trying not to give a Shit because they are too insecure to really care.

Self-Protectionism is what you are dealing with. Lots of liberals are that way and it is a form of Issue Deflection.

I think caring is a good thing. The only time it becomes an issue is when they break their own personal boundaries because they lack self worth. Caring too much can stem from codependency and other issues
