Pretty sure I'm in a situationship with my ex girlfriend. We talk almost everyday, hangout and act like a couple when we're together... like kissing, making out, hand holding, making future plans, cuddling, sex, etc... it's almost like what we were doing back when we first started talking and being together before we broke up (we never had a relationship label back then)... but I want more. I want the label, I want her as my girlfriend. I'm just not sure how to bring it up

Why did you actually break up is one of the main questions? Other than that easiest thing to do would be communicate with her what you want and ask her to be your girlfriend. If she says no however, personally I say get some distance as it isn't health as you want more and deserve the space to move on and find someone who wants what you do.

I know why she broke up with me but I don't wanna say it on here. We've talked a little bit about it, she's brought it up couple times.. we have something planned 2 weekends from now, so I was thinking of waiting till after that to kinda have the talk

Understandable it was just food for thought, if it was a legitimate reason which has broken all bonds and trust etc beyond repair it may be better to walkaway. It sounds like you might have some time though to just be together where you could gauge the vibe and definitely communicate with her your wants going forward.

No bonds or trust was broken. We went 2 months without seeing each other until I showed up to her place unannounced because I knew she was sick and even that night we got along just like nothing ever happened between us and we're still like that. We get along so well together in person.
