Girlfriend is planning to quit our job again for the 3rd time which would result in us barely seeing each other?

Me (M21) & my girlfriend (F19) met at work about a year ago in October, we’ve been working there every since and have been together for 9 months so far. Today she told me as soon as I got there on our date that she’s planning on quitting once she finds another job. She did this in June but decided to stay. The 2nd time happened in August & I told her that if she wants to quit then I get it but I just want that well be able to see each other still after and she said she decided to stay because she doesn’t want to leave me and that she’ll get a 2nd job that’ll be her main job which I thought was great, at least I’ll still get to see her 1-2 a week. It just feels like I was blindsided because I thought she was fine, I didn’t expect this to come up a month later.

The problem is that we go on dates maybe once a month because I’m very busy due to my family situation and she’s busy with her responsibilities plus that she doesn’t like to go out so much on dates. This really hasn’t been a big problem because we see each other at work 3-4 times a week.

I told her don’t want her to stay here if she’s miserable but just that we need to find a way to see each other more because meeting up once a month will not be enough. I don’t think it was unreasonable for me to say that. She said we’ll see what happens and take it from there.

The whole situation sucks because if I could go out more I would but it’s hard rn and she doesn’t like to go on many dates as it is so I just don’t know what to do.
