How to manipulate someone to stop liking someone?

My best friend (boy) likes this girl that clearly rejected him many times, but he would just not give up. It’s not healthy for him, because he misses many other chances, I’ve tried to talk him out of trying to win her, but he just wouldn’t listen and keeps wasting his time on her. I’ve come to the conclusion that I should use some kind of psychological technique on him in order for him to move on, because he’s not doing well run. Can you guys help please Cus I’m worried he’s gonna get his heart very very broken at the end

If he's truly your friend you won't try to live his life for him. Which is what you're asking. Everything you say may be true. But if that's the case he's probably got to learn it the hard way. You can advise but the choice is ultimately his. And if his heart gets broken then you simply got to help pick up the pieces.

Find dirt or make it up to make that person unlikable make sure I have irrefutable evidence but then again are they in a relationship if yes leave them alone if not go ahead I could also get the person to reject them
