Girlfriend is a totally different person when drunk, how to deal with it?

She acts differently, sometimes is crazy happy and sometimes just cries when drunk but she gets excited every time before a night out with friends. She doesn't remember anything and gets angry because people confront her with her behaviour (she thinks they make these things up).

She gets very distant from me when drunk, doesn't crave for my attention or me in general to be around (but sober she can't stay 1hr away from me, calls me every hour and tries to spend time with me).

She often tries to upset me with some stories from her past that i dont want to hear (for example about her ex boyfriend).

Now I told her that I dont want a girlfriend that has 2 personalities. That i get very sad and upset for a few days when I see (and experience these things) her drunk. She is angry at me because she can't see the problem (because she doesn't remember herself as I describe it to her...). Its very stressful for me.

Listen, this story that you can't remember anything when drunk and can't be responsible for your decisions at all is just a myth.
I really doubt she reaches a condition that goes near to -coma- every time she hangs out with friends, right? So all she is doing is the same as late teenagers do: using, willingly, the alcohol as an excuse to be attention seeking as hell, free, and abusive without being accountable for anything, neither ashamed for anything ugly (yet she is the one who rationally decides to get drunk anyway, she totally knows what she is doing). It's like a pass to be an unpleasant idiot.
Of course she gets angry if you ask her to stop, it's her game, her way to be "herself" in the most toxic way she wants, putting her problems outside and waiting for others to take total care of her and everything she does or says. That can be funny a couple of times when you are a teenager but you are 27 and I assume you aren't interested in this experimenting phase anymore, from many years.
The fact she is an extreme attention seeker sounds confirmed by the fact she usually calls you every hour (what the hell? I'd run away from someone -this- needy, holy crap).
Assuming she is not a late teen, I think you should require her a minimal, normal adult level of responsibility over her decisions, otherwise you'll find yourself in a power struggle, ending up to absorb and being the nurse in burnout cleaning all the shit she throws around the madhouse room. Who does take care of the needs of that nurse instead? Yeah...
She should really listen to your needs because you aren't asking much at all, and you should maybe react by becoming uninterested / cringing at her drunk status rather than worried, and stating this is your requirement, minimum really. You have to force her to take her responsibilities to get a balanced situation with the ones you take already.
(And by the way that's cringe and embarassing past some age, so if she doesn't see the problem with you I think she should see the problem with her figure in general at least).

(I've been drunk several times as a late teen, and so did my friends. You do get more confused but to reach a level where not even an emergency around you really wakes your sense up, and that you really don't remember really anything at all, it means you are near to coma).

If she won’t look at her actions as a problem, exclude yourself from her when she drinks. Tell her not to associate herself with you when she drinks. Multiple people have mentioned she’s a problem when drunk and she doesn’t want to listen. That’s her fault

Get a new girl
