a lot of them do lately because of this new era where people lack discipline and respect. Everyone seems to be obsessed with instant gratification and in this society its so much easier to find something else down the road to fill that hole.
It is hard to say. Maybe people don't like change and are unwilling to make compromises with a new partner. Or too much division and not enough of trying to see the other person's point of view. I wish I had more answers.
Most of the relationship fail nowdays because people are selfish egoistic and intolerant there is lack of sense of sacrifice and compromise in people to make the relationship work
Yes and I feel like social media has played A HUGE part in it.. People have become so antisocial and closed off that it’s ruining everything… Technology has it’s pros but it has so many cons too.
Technically yes as people breakup in their first relationship. The overall problem is that more than relationships , inflation of prices, unstable economy and a decrease of living standards. These are the main problems that bleed over to the romantic area
It's true that a lot of relationships fail but that should not discourage couples from hoping their relationships can win over adversities.

Yeah. The reason is MOST people form relationships for all the wrong reasons. Most people love themselves more than they love anyone else. Most people say they want love but they really don't. They want worship.
Yes I think love still exists. But I think most people are simply too toxic to love anyone. This is why I don't date. Most women by my age have made so many mistakes and are so angry and jaded they're simply not capable of loving anymore.
Is it really 99% though? You gotta take into account the number relationships in the polls/studies these numbers come from that fail compared to the true number of all relationships in the world.
Lol it’s cuz nowadays people tell others to break up over small shit. Like if you love eachother everything could be worked out. Unless they’re serial cheaters or if this person has a history of violence, or it’s a one sided relationship
One primary reason is the genders are wired totally differently & have opposite & often conflicting needs & wants. There is no such thing as real love between woman & man , it is always conditional.
Believe it or not, but everything has an expiration date, and some shorter than other. I believe in living your life as it was a life story, not a love story. Love just makes life more interesting, but it doesn't completely define it.
Speaking from experience? You keep dating until you find the right person. If a relationship didn’t work in the past it was better for you to move on then try to make something work that was wrong and be unhappy
It's just math. Most relationships are going to fail because men desire quantity and women make decisions based on emotional connection. I'm guessing 99% of all relationships have failed throughout history
People think they have more options because of social media. They watch porn and interact with people from all over the world. A lot of this is fake but leads to unrealistic expectations.
99% of relationships fail because people choose the wrong partners. And also because they don't know how to treat one another; so even if they find a good one, they treat them badly, and that destroys the relationship.

I'd agree. The chances of a guy and girl marrying and living there entire lives together is nil.
A major difference is marriage was very functional once but is now more lifestyle. Till death or the fun stops.

99% is a big estimate.

For people who don’t communicate, I would agree on these odds for that select group
I couldn’t agree until i saw empirical data and some math. That seems far fetched to me.
