It depends. Say for example, you’re on the beach and you’re on a work voice call. Your girlfriend is drowning, will you save her or stay in the work call? The answer is obvious here. But if it is something else like moving to a whole another country for a better job offer, you should not risk your job. Again, depends solely on the context and how you feel.
