What are some of the lame excuses narcs use when they come back after ghosting you?

- Been tired af after work and super busy
- I been going through a lot and not wanting to put it on to you
- I got jumped and was in hospital/ No broken bones and wasn't robbed :/
- I'm trying to get "bags" and live my life so I can live on easy street, I already told you and everyone else, I'm gonna be busy

Find out at the beginning of this month a couple days before my birthday, (after 1 year) while searching through all his followers on instagram he was fucking some other girl for 2 months. But all that time telling me he loves me. And "doesn't want to lose me from his life I just need to sort my self out before I can date". And after I found out about it he blamed me "its your fault for looking for it" and "we weren't official." "You wanna leave, there's the door" It still hurts so much even now (I'm literally crying writing this) but I was dumb... I know I should of stopped talking to him so much sooner but I guess I deserved it for being an idiot. Plus I knew him for 12 years which makes it worse.

Depends. Sometimes they won’t even give you an excuse because they found a new supply and simply got bored of you? Or sometimes they will be like “sorry a lot has been going on” “long time how are you” just basically pretending like nothing ever happened

They actually kind of do. I've been following a guy who was diagnosed with NPD and he makes educational videos explaining how narcissist work. A lot of people who have also been involved with a narcissist have even said the narcissist disappeared and came back weeks even months later wanting them back.

@LoneleeGirll They never let go though. They are feeding off their social media etc. Narcissist, from a clinical perspective, are either heading towards or are Sociopathic or Psychopathic. Sometimes the Major diagnosis is Psych/Socio and secondary Narcissism.
They have no feeling so they feed off others emotionality. Whether it is compliments, crying, pain, anger etc. sometimes, they don’t know when to cry or laugh but have to take social cues from others.
Expert Manipulators and Love bombing is a technique used too etc……
