Some guys have been asking this question over and over again. Im apparently shallow hypocrite because im only attracted to guys over 6ft tall just because im 4ft10 myself, probably true but i just think a tall guy with a short girl is super cute.

I've been with a few girls your height, that started out holding the 6+' opinion (long-term relationships, and I'm 5'10" tall) and all of them had their moments of starting to complain that I was too tall... small arguments like "high heels vs. you say the high heels hurt your feet though" had me shaking my head with the lack of reasoning.

So this my theory and it's sort of just a woman theory. Women are stuck on numbers.

For instance... they'll be working out and looking better, but instead of trusting the mirror, they'll freak out about the scale saying they're not losing weight (perhaps gaining some) without even accepting that muscle weighs more than fat.

It's just my 'man-bro' anecdotal theory on women in general (not all), so I'd enjoy other peoples' thoughts on my theory.

No I don't think so. It looks off and a bit weird. Maybe if the girl is at least average height or taller like 5'3+ it looks okay, but way below that it does look a little weird. I'm not a tall guy but if I was I wouldn't be interested in women below 5'6 because I would want a woman whose head I can relatively reach with ease kissing and her head putting it on my shoulder w/e the fuck else.

My shortest girlfriend was 5'1". She was a lot of fun.

When I see a short girl with a big guy, I always think she's a little bad ass.

There are certain times in which I see a short woman with a big guy and I can't tell if its his daughter or not, legit. This mostly goes for women <5'2 with really tall guys. 6'2 isn't even that huge. I don't know what would indication there would be of a short woman being a "little bad ass" with a tall guy. I don't find it particularly cuter then same height couples or couples where the girl is taller.
Also I don't believe you're hypocrite for liking tall guys, everyone has a preference and as long as you're not making fun or short guys for being short you're totally in your rights to prefer taller guys.
Me personally I'd prefer a partner my height or maybe taller but if I like the person I wouldn't care what their height was.
