My boyfriend lives at home and hates it and I have a condo, should I let him move in?

He doesn't move in unless you do have been together for 2 years first AND he's had one stable decent-paying job for the whole time. Otherwise, this is too risky.

Do NOT move him in. You already know what’s coming as exampled in your post. He will resent you and you will never be able to get him out.

It depends on where your relationship is at this point, and how you think he'll react. If you think that he can move in with you and not become resentful, then talk to him about it, and about splitting the bills for the place. The best situation in my opinion, would be for two people to move into a place that they both pick put and agree to live in, which might not be the best thing for you right now.
