How can I show this girl my support for her?

Someone in her family is battling cancer and doesn't have a lot of time left. Also the crushing is mutual. I bought flowers for her relative (without her asking) to show my support and she really appreciates me and includes yellow hearts in majority of her texts. We’ve known each other for seven months and only admitted feelings for each other a week ago.

Yesterday I asked if she needed anything else & she said I've done more than enough already & I told her to let me know if she needed anything, she hearted my message. I didn't try to carry on a conversation because I know how hard it is going through something like that & gave her some space that day.

I had considered sending her a good morning text today with words of reassurance because that's her love language, but I don't want to smother and turn her away. What should I do at this time? Let her reach out or send a tiny text? I want to give her space but I don’t want her to think I’m not interested.
