Why did my boyfriend hide info from his best friend?

My boyfriend's best friend asked me if we were still together. When his friend calls, he doesn't tell him he's with me and he would talk to him on the phone in a distance space and not tell him he's hanging out with me.

Would he say he’s with you in the past? If so I could call him out on it and ask him why all the sudden he isn’t mentioning your presence

Yeah I don't know. It's just odd because he wouldn't do that before but recently he's been doing that a lot

Well you are just assuming on how he feels, but call him out on his actions and see what happens. Don’t accuse him of not liking you anymore, just simply ask “hey is there a reason you didn’t mention me to your friend even though you have in the past”
