Is it normal to get fever when you are far from someone you love?

So, when I first got into long distance because China suddenly shut down and I could no longer go back home to my ex fiance, I started having low-grade fevers out of stress. Has it ever happened to anyone that you missed someone so much it literally hurt your health?

Physical pain and depression, yes. Fever is odd in that respect. I’d be on the lookout for other clues and symptoms.
How high is your temperature?, Do you have any pain in your joints?, Especially toward the groin area at your hips or underneath your arms. Are those areas painful to the touch. Do you have any scratches on your skin that have not healed? How long has it been going on?

At that time I was worried too, I went and checked out my whole body, I mean went to the doctor of everything, to find out the reason of fever, the answer was same, not from this, you’ve got healthy this, healthy that. Then I paid attention everytime I and my ex fought and I worried I wouldn’t be able to return to China on time - my fever went up, everytime I was happy it was normal and I figured my fever was caused by stress of being far from him.

Now that I am not stressed about anything, my temperature is normal.

I am talking about my past, my temperature has been normal for a very long time, ever since break up. Before break up I was often stressed and my temperature could go up to 37.1 or 37.2 when I was stressed about something but I didn’t feel it. I felt perfectly fine, it’s just my natural temperature tends to be more like 36.7/8. I would never notice that, it’s just my brother got a virus at that time and I was checking my temperature too. At that time I noticed that pattern.

Not fever - fever, but a bit higher temperature, I find it hard to believe it’s not normal to get a bit higher temperature when too stressed.
