For me the basic question is whether you are happy with him. There is in point staying in any relationship that doesn't make you happy, unless you have gotten in to a situation where you can't manage on your own (in which case figure a way out of that situation)

Did he cheat?
Has he become abusive (emotionally and/or physically)?
Is he or his behavior putting you in great danger, like did he join the mob and his enemies are after you?
Is he abusing or molesting your kids (if you have any)?

If you answer yes to at least one of those questions then should divorce, if not then no divorce.

Other than the obvious, he is doinking your sister or best friend, sometimes you just drit apart, people change, and you look at them and go who is this person and why am I here.
It happens, but you will know in your heart when it is time.
