HOwever, was SO waiting for partner to do something with them that required the pair to be on time? Or just waiting up to see if the partner would arrive when he said he would?

This seems like a bone of contention between the two. But what is it ACTUALLY about? Is the SO jealous because SO stays out too much in her opinion when SO never does this? Or just mad partner has no concept of time and puts out no effort to do so after repeated requests.

What is reasonable for partner to request of SO? What is reasonable for SO to do?
